How long does a website take to build?▾
Most websites launch within 3 to 5 weeks from the start date, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content and feedback are provided. The Starter package typically delivers in 3 weeks, Pro in 4 weeks, and Premium in 5 weeks. Projects with custom functionality may take longer.
What is included in the website price?▾
Every package includes full custom design, development, mobile responsiveness, SEO setup, speed optimization, SSL certificate, and Google Analytics integration. Higher tiers add features like a blog, WhatsApp integration, CRM setup, and extended revision rounds. There are no hidden fees — what you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
Do you offer ongoing support after the website launches?▾
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Our Premium package includes one month of priority support. We also offer monthly maintenance retainers for businesses that want ongoing updates, SEO monitoring, and performance optimization.
Do you handle SEO?▾
Yes. All packages include foundational on-page SEO — metadata, heading structure, schema markup, image optimization, and sitemap submission. Our Pro and Premium packages include more advanced SEO setup including Google Search Console integration and Core Web Vitals optimization. We also offer ongoing SEO and content marketing as a standalone service.
What if I am not happy with the design?▾
We share design concepts early in the process so feedback can be incorporated before full development begins. Starter includes one revision round, Pro includes two, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. Our process is collaborative by design — you will never be surprised by a final result.
Can you redesign an existing website?▾
Absolutely. Website redesigns are one of our most common engagements. We audit your current site for performance, SEO, and conversion gaps, then design and build a better-performing version. If you have existing content or branding, we carry it across — or help refresh it as part of the project.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?▾
Yes. While we are based in Johannesburg, we work with businesses across Africa and internationally. All communication is handled remotely via video calls, email, and shared project tools. We invoice in ZAR for South African clients and can accommodate international billing on request.
