How long does a website take to build?
Most websites launch within 3 to 5 weeks from the start date, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content and feedback are provided. The Starter package typically delivers in 3 weeks, Pro in 4 weeks, and Premium in 5 weeks. Projects with custom functionality may take longer.
What is included in the website price?
Every package includes full custom design, development, mobile responsiveness, SEO setup, speed optimization, SSL certificate, and Google Analytics integration. Higher tiers add features like a blog, WhatsApp integration, CRM setup, and extended revision rounds. There are no hidden fees — what you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
Do you offer ongoing support after the website launches?
Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Our Premium package includes one month of priority support. We also offer monthly maintenance retainers for businesses that want ongoing updates, SEO monitoring, and performance optimization.
Do you handle SEO?
Yes. All packages include foundational on-page SEO — metadata, heading structure, schema markup, image optimization, and sitemap submission. Our Pro and Premium packages include more advanced SEO setup including Google Search Console integration and Core Web Vitals optimization. We also offer ongoing SEO and content marketing as a standalone service.
What if I am not happy with the design?
We share design concepts early in the process so feedback can be incorporated before full development begins. Starter includes one revision round, Pro includes two, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. Our process is collaborative by design — you will never be surprised by a final result.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Absolutely. Website redesigns are one of our most common engagements. We audit your current site for performance, SEO, and conversion gaps, then design and build a better-performing version. If you have existing content or branding, we carry it across — or help refresh it as part of the project.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. While we are based in Johannesburg, we work with businesses across Africa and internationally. All communication is handled remotely via video calls, email, and shared project tools. We invoice in ZAR for South African clients and can accommodate international billing on request.

The Process

How does the project process work?
We start with a strategy call to understand your goals, then agree on scope, deliverables, and milestones before any work begins. You receive structured updates throughout, and two revision rounds are built into every plan.
How long does a website take to build?
Timelines depend on scope and responsiveness. Starter projects typically take 2–3 weeks; Pro 3–5 weeks; Premium 5–8 weeks. Every project receives a clear milestone schedule before kickoff.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Brand assets (logo, colours, photos), core page content, and access to your domain. We guide you through everything — if items are missing, we can help source or create them.
Can I request changes during the build?
Yes. Each plan includes structured revision rounds. Changes outside agreed scope are quoted and approved before work begins — no billing surprises.

Pricing & Billing

How does payment work?
We use milestone-based billing — a deposit to kickstart, then payments tied to key delivery milestones. This keeps both sides accountable throughout.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Pricing is explicit and agreed upfront. Any additional work is proposed and approved before implementation.
Do you offer payment plans?
We can discuss flexible structures for larger scopes on request. Contact us and we will find an arrangement that works for your situation.
Is there a recurring monthly fee after launch?
Our plans are once-off project fees. Optional add-ons like SEO retainers, maintenance, and hosting are available monthly if you need ongoing support.

Ownership & Support

Who owns the website after it is built?
You do — fully. On final payment, all code, design files, and content are transferred to your team. No lock-in, no licensing restrictions.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes. We set up a CMS that lets you update text, images, and blog posts without touching code. We train you on it before handover.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a post-launch support window (14–60 days depending on plan) for bug fixes and questions. Optional maintenance SLAs and growth retainers are also available.
Do you handle hosting and domain?
We connect your domain and guide you through hosting setup. Hosting is billed directly by the provider to you for full transparency — we never mark it up.
