License Agreement

1. Custom Work Ownership

For all custom web design and development projects created by Nexglogital, full ownership and rights of the final deliverable code, design assets, and content transfer to the client upon receipt of the final payment.

2. Open Source Licenses

Projects built by Nexglogital often utilize third-party open-source libraries, frameworks, and packages (such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS). These tools remain bound by their respective open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). Our transfer of ownership applies only to the custom code written by our team.

3. Stock Assets and Typography

If premium fonts, stock images, or commercial assets are purchased on behalf of the client for a project, the licensing rules of those specific marketplaces apply. It is the client's responsibility to ensure those licenses cover their intended use post-handover.

4. Portfolio Usage

Unless restricted by a specific NDA signed prior to project commencement, Nexglogital retains the right to display completed projects as part of our online portfolio and promotional materials indefinitely.

5. Re-Licensing

Unless explicitly agreed upon through a white-labeling contract, our work may not be resold or re-licensed as a commercial product (e.g., selling our custom theme as a template) without our written consent.
