1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Services Scope

Nexglogital provides web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal document.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees, you own the final deliverables (code, designs, assets) created for your project. Nexglogital retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your project proposal. We typically require an upfront deposit before commencing work. All invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexglogital, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
